All orders are processed within 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Parcel Delivery
For smaller or lightweight items. GeorgeKenny Design delivers via a chosen third party carrier. By providing your email and mobile number, our courier can send parcel tracking and delivery information direct to your phone.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@georgekenny.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Other Information
We offer a tracking system depending on which delivery option you have selected.
Please note we are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been placed.
If no one is available to take delivery from our couriers, a calling card will be left. If you do not contact the courier, a further two delivery attempts will be made. If the courier is still unable to deliver after this point the goods will be returned back to George Kenny Ltd.
